Your privacy is important to us. It is TimbraSom's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect on the TimbraSom website and/or the app we own and operate.

2. Permissions and Essential Information

Permissions and information we request when using the TimbraSom app:

a) Email - for user contact, login, and registration;

b) Permission for background operation – The app remains active even when minimized if the "Timbra" feature is enabled, as this action is notified to the user through the device's notification bar;

c) Names of the apps being used while the TimbraSom app remains active in the background – Data analysis;

It is worth noting that the TimbraSom app has the "Timbra" function, which is responsible for real-time sound captures from other apps, but in no way do we store your activities within these other apps. For example: If you enable the "Timbra" function and then write a message on WhatsApp, TimbraSom will only know that you opened WhatsApp, but in no way will have access to the content that was written or read. Also, if you play an audio received via WhatsApp, TimbraSom will not store any information about that audio.

3. About the Data We Collect

We only retain the information collected for the time necessary to provide the requested service. When we store data, we protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

We do not publicly share personal identification information or with third parties, except as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

Our websites and apps may have links to external sites that are not operated by us. Be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and we cannot accept responsibility for their respective privacy policies.

5. Acceptance (or Not) of Terms

You are free to refuse our request for personal information, understanding that we may not be able to provide some of the desired services.

c) Not causing damage to TimbraSom's physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems, its suppliers, or third parties, to introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage.
